Saral Sharma holds a degree in Law and Commerce. He is also a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Saral is presently a member of the Managing Committee of Noida Chapter.

He has been in practice for more than 10 years and has an extensive experience in litigation and arbitration. He represents wide range of clients including individuals and corporates before various judicial fora in Supreme Court, High Court, District Courts, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal etc. He has been actively advising clients in the area of Corporate – Commercial Disputes, Personal Laws, Insolvency Laws, Criminal Law and Constitutional Law. Saral is a regular speaker at various academic conferences and has been a visiting faculty in different Chapters of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
